I am currently working on two projects in stability theory for fluids. The first involves linear instability criteria for Euler's equation for inviscid, incompressible fluid flow. The second examines the nonlinear stability of vortex patch solutions to Euler's equation. If you are interested in reading more, here is my research statement.
