Textbook: Fundamentals of Complex Analysis, by Saff and Snider, 3rd edition.

Course Description: This is the continuation of Math122A, introduction to Complex Variables. Topics include power series, calculus of residues, applications to real integrals, argument principle, conformal maps, MĄ§obius transformations. This material is covered in chapters 5-7 of the textbook.

Assignments and Grading Policy: Homework will be assigned on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and will be collected at the beginning of the class on the following Tuesday. Late homeworks will not be accepted. Please make sure that your name and perm number are written on your paper and staple your papers together. You are encouraged to discuss homework problems with other students in the class; however, you must write up all of your solutions on your own.

Tests: There will be a midterm and a final exam. Make-up exams will only be given in exceptional circumstances, and then only when notice is given to me before hand and a suitable written excuse forthcoming.
