Rafe Mazzeo, my PhD advisor. Excellent mathematical writer.
Richard Melrose, MIT, my mathematical ``grandfather'' but still very young and active! Amazing, inspiring, and well written research articles and excellent books too!
Henry Segerman, one of my best friends from graduate school. Lots of neat pictures and mathematical art!
The Archive. A place to find new articles. Warning: low quality control...
The Math Science Research Institute. Located at UC Berkeley, MSRI (pronounced "misery") is anything but miserable! It hosts workshops, conferences, and special programs/schools. Excellent place for mathematical research and collaboration!
The Chern Research Institute. Located at Nankai University, in the bustling city of Tianjin. Beautiful place to work on mathematics, and the Chinese mathematicians have a formidable work ethic; Professor Chern was an excellent example!
The Eidgenoessische Technische Hochschule Zurich (ETHZ) in Zurich, Switzerland. Also known as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Very active mathematics department! The seminar room in which many talks are held, known as the "Hermann Weyl Zimmer" actually has a small bust of the famous mathematician!
