- Homework/Problems Sets:
There is a problem set due every week.
You'll submit your answers using WebWorks.
Here, you find the Webworks login for the class.
Your inital login and password is your perm number.
No late homework will be accepted.
- Exams:
There will be two midterms and a final exam.
The first midterm took place on Friday, 10/24/08.
The second midterm took place on Wednesday, 11/19/08.
The final exam will take place on Thursday, 12/11/08,
4-7pm.
All exams will take place in lecture hall.
You will be required to show your student ID during all exams.
Calculators, notes, or formula sheets are not allowed in any exams.

- Grading:
On every exam Quality Bonus Points will be awarded for clear writing.
The weighting of your final grade will be 20% from your problem sets, 30%
from the two midterms, 50% from the final.
The total score is the main factor in your grade; in addition, to pass Math 5B, you have to pass the final.
