Mathematicians are machines for turning coffee into theorems. ~Paul Erdos
Regrettably, one of the fundamental sadnesses of life is that a sort of converse does not hold: baristas seem not to be machines for turning theorems into coffee. The empirical evidence suggests almost incontrovertibly that they need coffee beans.

I am a 19th-grader studying mathematics UCSB.

Since December 10, 2004 (t = 0), f(t) = n people have viewed this page.
We leave it as an exercise to the interested reader to show that f is an increasing function of t.
Is f necessarily strictly increasing? Prove or construct a counterexample.
