The Applied Mathematics Seminar is organized by Bjorn Birnir , Xu-Dong Liu and Felix Otto in the UCSB Mathematics Departments. It brings speakers both from inside and outside UCSB. The topics are Applied Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, Scientific Computing and Mathematical Physics. The seminar meets every Friday at 11:00 -12:00 am in South Hall 6623 (the small seminar room).
